I've been trying to get Planet Home Lending to open an escrow investigation since July 2022. I've been calling in monthly and providing documentation. I was continually told an investigation would be opened once all necessary documentation was received. It's been over five months now with no progress, and they have no valid excuses. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. Avoid this company like the plague if you can.

Those who have been referred to someone specific can use the loan officer directory to select that individual. True to their name, Planet Home Lending has also partnered with the National Forest Foundation, pledging to plant three trees for every closed loan, up to 30,000 trees in 2020. It was almost perfectly split between conventional loans, FHA loans, and VA loans, with a handful of jumbo loans and USDA loans thrown into the mix as well.
For specific inquiries, we recommend calling ahead to confirm. Apartment was spacious, kitchen was very well designed and bathroom had roll in shower and non slip floor. Service was very slow and i needed to call out to a waiter... We stopped by for quick lunch and were not disappointed. Gulyash soup was very good and dunkel beer simply excellent. Service was very friendly and professional. Standards and quality are same as before pandemics.
Payoff statements have a 7-business day turnaround per regulatory guidelines once Planet obtains the proper authorizations. We apologize the process has been frustrating and have reached out to you privately with additional information on your request. Getting a mortgage can be very stressful but I have used Planet Home Lending now twice and this 2nd experience was even better then the first.
